Graduate Assistant for Game Operations and Experience

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute a comprehensive plan to deliver a best-in-class experience for participants, fans, and staff
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of student assistants to serve as primary customer service liaisons
• Ensure venue safety, security, and cleanliness on a daily basis
• Assist with event setup and tear down, including facility checklist items
• Lead game day ticketing efforts and serve as Game Manager as assigned
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for assigned external event rentals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Acceptance into a UIndy graduate program required
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in athletic administration, marketing, communications, or event management
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, StatCrew, NCAA LiveStats, or social media platforms
