Graduate Assistant for Athletic Performance

Responsibilities

• Program and implement athletic performance programs for assigned collegiate teams
• Assist with programming and implementation for other teams as needed
• Communicate effectively with sport coaches and athletic training staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletic Performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Acceptance into a McKendree University graduate program
• Proven passion for coaching
• Previous experience in strength and conditioning at the collegiate, high school, or private level
• Currently working towards NSCA (CSCS) or CSCCa (SCCC) certification
