Graduate Assistant, Continuing Education

Responsibilities

• Support continuing education, workforce development, micro-credential, and lifelong learning initiatives
• Assist with enrollment tracking, learner communication, reporting, and program coordination
• Maintain project trackers, SOPs, shared documentation, and organized records
• Help coordinate workshops, webinars, professional development programs, and community learning events
• Create content for email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and digital promotions
• Support website updates and promotional asset creation for continuing education offerings
• Assist with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, and process improvement efforts
• Contribute to learner engagement, outreach, and community partnership activities

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled graduate student at Lewis University
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Interest in continuing education, workforce development, adult learning, or higher education innovation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a collaborative setting
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media, content creation, project coordination, or marketing support
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude
• Exposure to workflow automation platforms such as Make.com or Zapier
• Interest in digital learning, marketing, or operational strategy
