Graduate Assistant Coach - Men's & Women's Indoor/outdoor Track & Field

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and assist Head Men's and Head Women's coaches with all aspects of the Track and Field program
• Assist with practice preparation and event-specific coaching
• Support recruiting efforts for prospective student-athletes
• Manage responsibilities related to home meet operations
• Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs
• Perform other duties as assigned by the coaching staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Acceptance into a graduate program at St. Lawrence University
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements to drive University vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching jumping events
• Previous collegiate or professional coaching experience
