About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction and assist in practice preparation for Men's and Women's Crew
- Support race day duties and operations
- Assist with recruiting efforts for the rowing program
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Head Coach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Acceptance into a graduate program at St. Lawrence University
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements to drive University vehicles
Preferred Qualifications
- Collegiate rowing experience
- Previous coaching experience
