Graduate Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in all aspects of the women's lacrosse program operations
• Recruit qualified student-athletes and coordinate on-campus recruiting visits
• Assist with practice and game preparation, including individual player development
• Mentor student-athletes to support academic success and graduation rates
• Assist with fundraising, community service activities, and alumni relations
• Maintain compliance with all University, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations
• Serve as a travel coordinator for team trips, managing transportation and meals
• Assist with field/facility maintenance and game management duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Collegiate or professional playing experience in lacrosse
• Valid Driver's License
• Proven sport-specific knowledge and coaching/recruiting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and travel
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and set up training equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic video analysis knowledge
• Experience managing or monitoring team social media accounts

Benefits

• $5,000 annual stipend paid over 10 months
