Graduate Assistant Coach for Men's Soccer

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified student-athletes and coordinate on-campus recruiting visits
• Assist with all aspects of practice and game preparation, including individual player development
• Monitor and mentor student-athletes to support academic success and retention
• Assist with fundraising activities, community service, and alumni relations
• Maintain compliance with all University, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations
• Serve as a travel coordinator for team trips, managing transportation and meals
• Assist with field/facility maintenance and the setup of training aids
• Provide supervision and staffing for athletic events and special events as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Collegiate or professional playing experience
• Previous recruiting and coaching experience
• Sport-specific knowledge and ability to demonstrate drills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and travel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic video knowledge for game analysis
• Experience managing or monitoring team social media accounts

• $5,000 annual stipend paid over 10 months
