Graduate Assistant Coach for Men's Lacrosse

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in all aspects of the Men's Lacrosse program operations
• Recruit qualified student-athletes and coordinate on-campus recruiting visits
• Assist with practice and game preparation, including individual player development
• Monitor and mentor student-athletes to support academic success and retention
• Assist with fundraising, community service activities, and alumni relations
• Maintain compliance with all University, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations
• Coordinate team travel logistics, including transportation and meals
• Assist with field/facility maintenance and game management duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Collegiate or professional playing experience
• Previous recruiting and coaching experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Sport-specific knowledge and ability to demonstrate drills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical setup of training aids
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic video knowledge for game analysis
• Proficiency in managing team social media accounts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits

• $5,000 annual stipend paid over 10 months
