Graduate Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus-wide outdoor and cultural adventure programs, including staff supervision and budget maintenance
• Support first-year leadership, community engagement, and voter engagement programming
• Design and execute a spring community engagement celebration
• Train and supervise student leaders involved in outdoor adventures and first-year leadership programs
• Develop training materials and web content regarding student organization leadership, advocacy, and philanthropy
• Advise student organizations focused on community engagement opportunities
• Participate in departmental and university-wide working groups

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Enrolled in a graduate program in higher education administration, educational leadership, student affairs, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree
