About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate campus-wide outdoor and cultural adventure programs, including staff supervision and budget maintenance
- Support first-year leadership, community engagement, and voter engagement programming
- Design and execute a spring community engagement celebration
- Train and supervise student leaders involved in outdoor adventures and first-year leadership programs
- Develop training materials and web content regarding student organization leadership, advocacy, and philanthropy
- Advise student organizations focused on community engagement opportunities
- Participate in departmental and university-wide working groups
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Enrolled in a graduate program in higher education administration, educational leadership, student affairs, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree
