Graduate Assistant - Campus Ministries

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating Chapel and UnChapel services, including hospitality and logistics
• Coordinate student volunteer teams and shadow the supervision of department interns
• Support administrative tasks such as supply ordering, budget tracking, and departmental training meetings
• Engage in public speaking and ministry opportunities as offered by leadership
• Provide oversight for Campus Ministries marketing and digital platforms
• Attend weekly Chapel or UnChapel services and participate in regular supervisory meetings

Requirements

• Must be a current Regent graduate student in good academic standing
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and work evening hours (including Thursday evenings)
• High degree of emotional and spiritual maturity
• Ability to work in a high-paced, high-productivity environment
• Willingness to transition into a full-time role within the 2026-2027 academic year

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest or experience in mentorship and student discipleship
• Experience with budget planning and monetary calculations
• Experience with church event management software such as Planning Center or ProPresenter
• Creative skill in digital marketing platforms like Instagram and Facebook
