Graduate Assistant - Baseball

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head Coach to manage the baseball program and student-athletes
• Assist in practice planning and the development of student-athlete skills
• Recruit and retain student-athletes to support program growth
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with NAIA and GPAC Conference rules
• Motivate student-athletes both academically and athletically

Requirements

• Acceptance into a Doane University graduate program
• Bachelor's degree
• Collegiate-level coaching or competition experience
• General knowledge of baseball rules, techniques, and strategies
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
