Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Collect, visualize, and analyze data to identify business opportunities and solve defined problems
• Extract and structure data using specialized analytics tools
• Build data models, standard reports, and tools for the wider user community
• Perform analytics and statistical modeling on large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Provide data-driven insights to support effective people decisions and digital transformation

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, AI & Machine Learning, or Information Technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis)
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
• Understanding of statistics, data analysis concepts, and data cleansing techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
