Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track open customer complaints and calls, focusing on aging and critical cases.
• Coordinate with dealerships to obtain status updates and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Consolidate daily call status reports for war room updates, highlighting repeat failures and stakeholder needs.
• Follow up with the parts team regarding availability and dispatch status to prevent delays.
• Analyze warranty failure data and trends to prepare reports on component issues and repeat failures.
• Monitor goodwill approval status and follow up for system regularization.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product Support and various internal teams including service, parts, and warranty.

Requirements

• B.E. / B. Tech degree (Mechanical or Automobile engineering preferred).
• Must be a 2024 or 2025 graduate.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for basic reporting.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic analytical ability and a problem-solving mindset.
