Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality checks of warranty and service claims
• Validate goodwill claims in accordance with authorization directives
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Prepare warranty finance reports and support dealer reconciliation activities
• Monitor machine uptime and service performance metrics
• Develop and track warranty dashboards and KPIs
• Provide system-related support to dealers and prepare documentation for reviews

Requirements

• BBA or B.Com degree (Freshers only)
• 2024 or 2025 graduate status
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
