Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a year-long NATS apprenticeship program providing practical training within Financial Services
• Gain hands-on experience in software development and programming
• Support various functions within the company through structured skill development
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to solve real-world problems

Requirements

• Recent graduate (Fresher) with a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communications
• Foundational knowledge of Software Development and Programming
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Understanding of Data Science principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Java, UX, or Frontend Development
• Understanding of Manufacturing Processes
• Knowledge of ECU’s or Embedded Software
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Pro-active attitude with a drive for continuous improvement
