Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the development of customer-specific vehicle adaptations for commercial vehicles
• Assist in preparing and modifying design drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
• Learn and apply engineering standards, design guidelines, and internal processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Purchase, and Quality
• Support the verification of design feasibility and implementation requirements
• Assist in tracking design changes, updates, and technical documentation
• Participate in problem-solving activities and root cause analysis
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or early-career engineer status
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, design principles, and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering documentation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
