Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Perform invoice validation, registration, and two-way/three-way matching
• Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding invoices
• Assist with payment proposals and exception handling
• Manage vendor accounts, including the creation and modification of accounts

Requirements

• Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or Business
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a quick learning mindset
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week and flexibility to work in any shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge or experience with SAP or Oracle
