Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with approved liners, forwarders, transporters, and customs house agents for sea, air, and surface freight movements
• Monitor end-to-end activities including transportation, customs clearance, freight, and final delivery
• Use Transport Management Systems (TMS) such as ATLAS, XTR, or A4D to support transport operations
• Maintain data quality for transactional data and track KPIs to ensure operational excellence
• Prepare and check documentation to meet customs, insurance, and international regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify and communicate transport risks to prevent delivery delays
• Support morning meetings and participate in continuous improvement activities like VPS and 5S

Requirements

• University graduate with a degree in BE, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, or BBA in Operations
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Digital competence with the ability to use Office365 applications for automation and improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset
• High level of integrity and strong professional ethics

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Analytics or Foreign Trade
