Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Set up and support testing of high-voltage automotive components (EV Components)
• Operate high-voltage test benches, load banks, power analyzers, and data acquisition systems
• Perform wiring, harnessing, and safe connection/disconnection of HV systems
• Conduct routine inspection, calibration, and preventive maintenance of lab equipment
• Ensure compliance with automotive and electrical safety standards and HV safety procedures
• Implement lockout/tagout (LOTO), grounding, and isolation procedures before testing
• Maintain lab inventory, tools, consumables, and a clean, safety-compliant environment
• Support teardown, analysis, and reporting of tested components

Requirements

• Recent graduate in a relevant technical field
• Knowledge of high-voltage (HV) safety procedures
• Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols
• Technical testing and hands-on engineering skills
