Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support lead generation.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop digital content such as customer success stories, dealer stories, and product-related materials.
• Support website maintenance, content updates, and SEO activities to improve online visibility.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing dashboards and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external design agencies for creative development.

Requirements

• BBA in Marketing, Graduate in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Must be eligible for apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience managing digital marketing projects through internships or academic work.
