Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a year-long structured apprenticeship program under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
• Gain practical training and hands-on skills development within various company functions.
• Support technical projects involving software development, data science, or embedded systems.
• Collaborate with professional teams to learn industry-standard workflows and technologies.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (Fresher) with a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communications.
• Foundational knowledge in Software Development and Programming.
• Proficiency or strong academic knowledge in Python programming.
• Understanding of Data Science principles.
• Knowledge of ECU (Electronic Control Unit) or Embedded Software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Java and UX/Frontend Development.
• Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• A proactive, independent approach to learning and continuous improvement.
