Graduate Analyst

Responsibilities

• Complete 8 months of rotational training across Services Operations, Performance, Data, and Implementation teams
• Support Rimes products and services with analytical solutions for customers
• Provide performance attribution analysis and risk management support
• Ensure service delivery in line with KPIs
• Maintain database integrity and create benchmark validation checks
• Monitor data quality and resolve client inquiries

Requirements

• Graduate calibre, preferably in mathematics, finance, engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Proficiency with MS Excel and financial spreadsheets/databases
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Python or other programming language experience
• Knowledge of equity and fixed income indices
• AI-aware and comfortable using AI-enabled tools
• Rapid learner able to adapt to new workflows and automation
