Grader I

Responsibilities

• Provide undergraduate grading support for the Health Assessment course, including grading group discussions, papers, weekly assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Manage and organize course materials within the Canvas learning management system.
• Assist faculty with course set-up and material organization.
• Respond to student inquiries regarding administrative issues and grader duties via email.
• Support students with Canvas navigation, document uploading/downloading, and accessing course materials.
• Proctor examinations and counsel students regarding coursework based on provided rubrics.
• Compute and record test scores accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced academic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Background in nursing or current nursing experience is strongly desired.
