GR Advisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day activities performed by the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards
• Act as the primary escalation point for issue resolution related to receivables processes
• Provide subject matter expertise across the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, including Collections, Cash Application, Invoicing, and Dispute Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, system enhancements, and transformation projects
• Analyze receivables performance metrics and identify trends to recommend process improvements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as Sales and Customer Service, to ensure effective communication and alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Receivables or Order to Cash (O2C) operations
• Proven proficiency working with SAP
• Hands-on experience with tools such as HighRadius and BlackLine
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
