GPV Functional QA Sr. Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite testing lead for the Global Pharmacovigilance (GPV) tower, managing a 16-application portfolio.
• Act as the primary interface between the testing team, GPV business stakeholders, project managers, and release governance forums.
• Develop and execute test strategies and plans for GxP-regulated PV applications in alignment with CSA/CSV methodology.
• Design and execute test scenarios across SIT, UAT, OQ, and PQ phases for safety databases, signal detection, and reporting systems.
• Lead UAT coordination, including scheduling, defining entry/exit criteria, and managing business SME participation.
• Own the defect lifecycle management, including triage, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and present testing status reports, defect dashboards, and release readiness assessments.
• Operate within ALM/ALVIS for test planning, execution tracking, and evidence capture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of onsite testing experience specifically for the GPV tower.
• Proven experience with GxP-regulated Pharmacovigilance (PV) applications.
• Deep knowledge of CSA/CSV methodology and Functional Risk Assessment (FRA) outcomes.
• Hands-on experience across SIT, UAT, OQ, and PQ testing phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to travel approximately 10% on average.
