GPHE & WHE Project Manager - Key User - D365

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ERP implementation for GPHE & WHE, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Act as a Key User for D365, providing support, problem analysis, and proposing effective solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with IT, finance, operations, and external vendors to align project activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive project objectives and secure change management.
• Plan and execute training programs for key users and end users.
• Provide regular status reports to the OneERP Project Manager and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Extensive experience in managing global projects.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations (experience with MS D365 is a significant advantage).
• Strong background in managing business transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Teams, and MS Office.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Specific experience with MS D365 Operations & Finance.
• Experience with medium to large-scale program implementations.
