GP Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver RACGP accredited education programs for General Practitioners
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Specialists, GP clinics, and Practice Managers
• Coordinate and attend education programs, conferences, and promotional social events
• Manage GP CPD requirements in alignment with the RACGP
• Develop GP-focused marketing strategies and relationship-building promotional campaigns
• Liaise with senior management to address GP feedback and improve service delivery

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in education, healthcare, or business
• Demonstrated experience in general practice, business development, or GP liaison
• Proven experience coordinating the delivery of face-to-face events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and Canva
• Strong communication, relationship management, and time management skills
• Working knowledge of the health industry
