About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all government relations, including visa operations, licensing, and ministry-related queries.
- Liaise with various Saudi Arabian authorities including MHRSD, GOSI, Absher, QIWA, Mudad, Muqeem, MISA, ZATCA, and the Chamber of Commerce.
- Process and submit visa applications for KSA employment, renewals, transfers, and business travel.
- Obtain accurate information regarding processes and pricing for licenses and visa applications.
- Assist clients with iqama, passport, and other legal paperwork.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and Dropbox regarding license and visa expiries.
- Support the HR department with Ministry of Human Resources tasks and manage legal case reporting.
- Develop and sustain valuable relationships between the company, clients, and government departments.
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience in government relations.
- 3+ years of experience in KSA corporate or professional services.
- Proven knowledge of Saudi governmental portal systems.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong computer literacy and project management skills.
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabia and wider GCC markets.
