About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive scale compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to expand human freedom through AI.

Responsibilities

• Own Fluidstack's state and local policy agenda across AI infrastructure, tax incentives, utilities, and resource use
• Draft and deliver policy materials including testimony, regulatory comments, briefing documents, and coalition communications
• Build and maintain relationships with state congressional leaders, governor’s offices, regulators, and advocacy groups
• Work with site development and utilities teams on data center permitting, grid interconnection, and state-level utility approvals

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of political dynamics surrounding digital infrastructure, energy, land use, and technology regulations
• Experience creating and delivering testimony, regulatory comments, or briefing documents in fast-paced political landscapes
• Ability to leverage existing relationships in policy communities, including committee staff, regulators, and industry organizations
• Experience translating complex technical ideas into plain language for diverse stakeholders
