Government Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave contract support throughout the entire lifecycle, including pre-solicitation planning, proposal development, negotiations, and close-out
• Negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements with various partners
• Manage subcontractor and supplier contractual relationships
• Maintain relationships with contracting officers and teaming partner representatives
• Provide contractual guidance for business obligations and lead the development of cost and price buildups
• Build, implement, and oversee compliance programs as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience as a government contracts professional within the U.S. government or private industry
• Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies
• Experience managing diverse contract types (e.g., FFP, T&M, CPFF) and vehicles (FAR-based, OTA, GSA schedules)
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a defense technology company selling software or hardware
• Experience with contract management related to Department of Defense (DoD) programs
• Experience managing contracts for international defense customers
• Exposure to U.S. export controls compliance, such as ITAR
