Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive legislative and regulatory strategy to promote Harbinger’s interests
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with members of Congress, DOT, DOE, DOD, EPA, and state-level agencies like CARB
• Represent Harbinger in trade associations and industry working groups
• Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to provide regulatory intelligence for product roadmaps and procurement bids

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or legislative affairs
• Experience in automotive, transportation, or clean energy sectors
• Knowledge of government procurement
• Deep understanding of the EV startup regulatory landscape
• Ability to translate technical specs into policy narratives
• Existing network of contacts within key regulatory bodies, particularly in California
• Willingness to travel for on-site meetings
