Government Affairs Intern

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SharePoint tools and AI agents to automate tasks and organize information.
• Develop an APAC policy and news tracker to scan priority sources and surface weekly updates.
• Forecast geopolitical and policy trends to identify market shifts and implications.
• Create a Power Apps database to manage stakeholder engagement and prioritize key contacts.
• Support thought leadership initiatives and company events to boost external presence.

Requirements

• Polytechnic or undergraduate background in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Copilot agents), Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Strong information-gathering skills with the ability to judge source credibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating executive-ready summaries.
• A keen interest in APAC geopolitics and the energy transition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
