Governance Intern

Responsibilities

• Process all document requests including creation, updates, and deletions on the internal portal
• Communicate the status of published documents to ensure timely updates or removals
• Process all Request for Quotation (RQS) requirements
• Support department e-learning campaigns to maintain high compliance levels
• Assist with specific governance projects through analysis, investigation, and presentations

Requirements

• Active college student with at least one year remaining until graduation
• Preferably currently in the 6th semester
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong soft skills including effective communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain an action-oriented mindset
