Governance and Pension Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide support to lead consultants on a portfolio of clients, including secretarial, governance, and outsourcing services
• Attend client meetings regularly to assist with governance matters and perform minute-taking
• Support wider consulting teams with ongoing and ad-hoc client work and deliver agreed workstreams
• Adhere to service standards, fee agreements, and budgets
• Ensure timely client billing across your assigned portfolio

Requirements

• Previous experience working with DB, DC, or hybrid pensions
• Proven experience in secretariat and governance roles
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions consulting
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work across multiple client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage member cases, such as discretions, S125s, and IDRPs, is advantageous
