Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team
• Ensure quality of service in rooms and common areas
• Control cleaning, replenishment, and room presentation according to established standards
• Organize schedules, distribute tasks, and provide training and support to staff
• Manage product and linen stocks including reception, inventory, and ordering
• Verify compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, internal procedures)
• Coordinate with reception and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping management or team management within the hotel industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Leadership qualities to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
• Autonomy, punctuality, and sense of responsibility
