Responsibilities

• Supervise the evening floor team (housekeepers)
• Ensure continuity of service from the day shift
• Distribute tasks based on priorities (stay-overs, late check-outs, guest requests)
• Control the quality of cleaning and room setup
• Coordinate with reception regarding late arrivals, room changes, and VIPs
• Monitor stocks of linen, amenities, and cleaning products
• Anticipate needs for the following day
• Provide reports to the Executive Housekeeper or the morning team
• Ensure team grooming standards and uphold the establishment's brand image

Requirements

• Hospitality training
• Previous similar experience in housekeeping management
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer service
• Organizational and management skills
• Rigor, discretion, and team spirit
