Google Ads Media Buyer

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent conversions using the CPS model
• Build and optimize bottom-funnel keyword strategies to drive maximum purchase intent
• Continuously optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and overall profitability
• Leverage smart bidding strategies including tCPA, tROAS, and value-based bidding
• Identify and expand high-converting funnels and arbitrage opportunities
• Conduct deep performance analysis regarding intent mapping, search terms, and funnel drop-offs
• Run A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and conversion flows
• Manage high budgets aggressively while maintaining positive ROI benchmarks
• Collaborate with affiliate and advertiser teams for offer alignment and scaling

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Google Ads with a focus on conversion-driven campaigns
• Strong expertise in CPS, Affiliate, or Performance Marketing
• Proven ability to drive high-intent traffic through to revenue
• Expertise in keyword intent mapping (BOFU heavy) and funnel optimization
• Proficiency in conversion tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, and Trackier
• Hands-on experience managing high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset focused on profit rather than just volume
