Goods Receiving, Replenishment and Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Quantitative and qualitative acceptance and inspection of incoming goods
• Execution of goods receipt processes and related administration
• Handling delivery notes, receiving, reconciliations, and documentation
• Moving goods to the sales area, internal movement, and professional storage
• Filling and placing products based on corporate guidelines and placement rules
• Managing shelf labels, price tags, and customer information signs
• Informing and assisting customers to ensure high-quality service
• Inventory checks, replenishing shortages, and participating in stocktaking tasks
• Handling returns, bulk goods, and other goods movement tasks
• Monitoring expiration dates and managing near-expiry products
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Adhering to occupational safety, accident prevention, and HACCP regulations

Requirements

• At least a general education qualification
• Valid forklift license
• Precise and responsible work ethic
• Ability to work in a team
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Flexibility regarding changing daily tasks
• Good cooperation skills
