Goods Flow Process Leader

Responsibilities

• Execute goods flow processes within assigned store areas
• Coordinate with Sales, Communication, and Interior Design functions
• Ensure efficient replenishment of sales spaces and picking of goods
• Manage short-term capacity including space, equipment, and people
• Lead goods flow co-workers to maximize goods availability at lowest cost
• Ensure compliance with IKEA code of conduct, internal regulations, and local health and safety legislation
• Provide input for store business plans and logistics action plans
