About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute goods flow processes within assigned store areas
- Coordinate with Sales, Communication, and Interior Design functions
- Ensure efficient replenishment of sales spaces and picking of goods
- Manage short-term capacity including space, equipment, and people
- Lead goods flow co-workers to maximize goods availability at lowest cost
- Ensure compliance with IKEA code of conduct, internal regulations, and local health and safety legislation
- Provide input for store business plans and logistics action plans
