Goods Flow Collaborator

Responsibilities

• Contribute to maximum merchandise availability and warehouse goods flow tasks
• Execute warehouse goods flow operations and supporting administrative tasks
• Maintain inventory data integrity following administrative guidelines to optimize product availability
• Adhere to all IKEA health, safety, and protection standards to prevent incidents
• Optimize goods flow operations using agile, simple, and cost-conscious methods
• Support colleagues in the department and other store areas as needed

Requirements

• Ability to operate Reach and Double Reach forklifts
• Knowledge of logistics processes, tools, and working methods
• Proficiency in computer systems and software tools
• Analytical numerical skills
• Ability to perform frequent manual labor tasks
• Capacity to work during early and late hours
• Ability to manage a high-volume, vibrant retail environment
• Understanding of IKEA's code of conduct and health and safety regulations
