Goods Flow Collaborator

Responsibilities

• Contribute to maximum merchandise availability and warehouse goods flow tasks
• Execute warehouse goods flow operations and supporting administrative tasks
• Maintain inventory data integrity following administrative guidelines and inventory protocols
• Adhere to all IKEA health, safety, and protection standards to prevent incidents
• Optimize warehouse operations using agile, simple, and cost-conscious methods
• Educate colleagues and service providers on the Code of Conduct, anti-corruption policies, and safety regulations
• Act as a responsible partner committed to sustainability goals

• Experience in warehouse processes
• Analytical numerical knowledge
• Proficiency in computer systems and tools

• Ability to manage a high-volume retail environment
