Goods Flow Assistant (Parcel)

Responsibilities

• Support the Recovery team in fulfilling and optimizing recovery operations, including systems and methods
• Optimize revenue from products that would otherwise not be possible to sell
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers to encourage repeat business
• Adapt to unpredictable situations and new ways of working within the logistics environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Forklift Certification or relevant expertise in forklift operation
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Interest in home furnishing and the IKEA product range
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Retail industry experience is preferred
