Goods Flow Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned areas using IKEA systems and equipment
• Maintain data integrity and stock accuracy to ensure product availability
• Contribute to optimized daily goods flow processes using lean and cost-conscious methods
• Participate in team goal-setting and achievement
• Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and regulations

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics operations, preferably in retail
• Forklift Certification or relevant forklift operation expertise is a plus
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to unpredictable situations
• Interest in home furnishing and the IKEA product range
