Goods Flow Assistant

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high goods availability through correct and on-time execution of goods flow methods
• Perform store goods flow operation tasks using available systems and tools
• Maintain stock accuracy and product availability through inventory routines
• Adhere to IKEA health, safety, and security rules and requirements
• Optimize daily goods flow operations in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious manner
• Contribute to sustainability goals and long-term profitability

• Good personal discipline and meticulousness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Computer literacy and ability to use technical equipment
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Willingness to multiskill across different sections or departments
• Availability to work weekends, shift hours, and public holidays
