Golf Shop Attendant

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service by checking in golfers and managing tee-time inquiries in person and via phone
• Handle cash and register transactions accurately following established procedures
• Manage merchandise inventory, including receiving stock, organizing displays, and processing special orders and returns
• Assist with marshaling, starting, and outside golf services as needed
• Support the Head Golf Professional and Club Leadership with daily shop operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the entry area and shop displays
• Perform close-of-business functions and ensure all daily assignments are completed
• Promote the game of golf and the club while maintaining high professional standards

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of golf
• Proficiency with computers
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
