About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage bag drop and assist members with golf clubs
- Direct guests to simulators, putting greens, and locker rooms
- Maintain presentation of putting greens and common areas
- Assist with golf shop duties and locker room management
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless club visits
Requirements
- Previous clubhouse, golf course, or premium hospitality experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
