Golf Ops Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist golfers with course information and tee times
• Manage tee time reservations and scheduling systems
• Operate pro shop POS system for merchandise and green fees
• Manage golf cart operations including cleaning and staging
• Monitor pace of play on the course
• Maintain cleanliness of the pro shop and surrounding areas
• Assist with tournament event setup and breakdown
• Provide information on golf rules and etiquette
• Perform opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of golf and course etiquette
• Proficiency in POS and scheduling software
• Strong cash handling and math skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in hot weather
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in golf course operations or hospitality
• Golf-related certifications
