Golf Course Marshall

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the predetermined pace of play on the golf course
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as an on-course ambassador for the facility
• Enforce facility rules and regulations while promoting programs and events
• Communicate regularly with the golf shop regarding tee sheets, weather alerts, and course updates
• Perform course maintenance tasks including filling divots, repairing ball marks, and refilling water stations
• Maintain cleanliness of the course, clubhouse areas, and driving range
• Manage golf carts, including refueling, washing, and ensuring they are available for guests
• Assist customers with on-course problems and coordinate with supervisors as needed

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to monitor pace of play and enforce course regulations
• Ability to perform physical course maintenance tasks
• Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to inclement weather procedures
