Golf Course Grounds Crew

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of equipment including walk behind mowers, triplex mowers, large-area reel and rotary style mowers, blowers, sprayers, and heavy equipment
• Ensure equipment cooling systems are functioning properly and perform daily fuel and oil refills
• Clean equipment daily and report issues or failures to the Equipment Manager
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment as directed
• Operate smaller equipment as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

• Knowledge of safe and efficient mechanical operation of tractors and motorized equipment
• Ability to follow oral and written directions
• Valid driver's license
